Not just a restaurant.
A heritage on a plate.
Taquería Jalisco didn't arrive in Kansas City — it was brought here, ingredient by ingredient, recipe by recipe, by people who refused to let tradition fade.
Every morning, our tortillas are pressed by hand from nixtamalized corn. Every mole is ground from chiles sourced from the highlands of Jalisco. Every marinade has spent hours steeping, not minutes.
We don't chase trends. We honor the hands that came before us — the abuelas who measured by feel, who knew that good food doesn't need a manual, only patience and respect for the craft.
